The right market timing for investments does not necessarily mean buying when the market is bullish. Dislocations in the market can provide for better investment opportunities so long as the financing structures are sound. In the current market investors will seek opportunities from distressed assets or portfolios/developments being offloaded at a discount, However only those opportunties that are now correctly priced in todays market and that match our criteria can be considered.

We are only prepared to offer investments that give a price and yield structure that reflects realistic market conditions as well as sentiment. As regards new build the timing today can be right if the price structure reflects the siezmic shifts that currently pervail in the rapidly changing cycle.

As regards existing investments we can only therefore recommend those where the pricing structure takes the recent market adjustment into account.
