    Key to any secure investment is the legal service and the deal structure. Before we offer any development for sale, we retain our solicitors to examine and report on the draft contracts, and do all relevant searches before we are prepared to offer the product to our clients.

    For new build investments JCJ are only prepared to deal with established developers with a strong track record that have a reputation for excellence. To this end we check the profile of the developer, past or present developments and the desirability of the site which they are offering. We recognise that it is essential when buying off plan, to research all aspects of the development thoroughly.

    JCJ check all planning consents, site plans etc. in order to ascertain a comfort factor for any clientele that is acquiring property in the development. We also check insurance certificates for the site and for the company.

    These factors will enable us to build up a picture of the level of security necessary to insure that the investment meets it's objectives.
